Hotel portfolio of 307 rooms sold to a private company > Columbia Business Report


Three York County hotels have been sold to a private investment, development and property management company headquartered in Charlotte.

Hunter Hotel Advisors facilitated the sale of the Hampton Inn & Suites in Fort Mill, and the Fairfield Inn & Suites and Townplace Suites in Rock Hill, to Shreeji Hotel Group on behalf of investor groups led by Warren Norman Co. Shreeji Hotel Group purchased the 307-room portfolio for an undisclosed price.

“This transaction has provided our investment group with the opportunity to dispose of some assets close to home while we seek opportunities in new markets,” Warren Norman, broker in charge of Warren Norman Co., said in a statement. press release from Hunter Hotel Advisors.

Fort Mill and Rock Hill, South Carolina’s fifth largest city, are located 30 minutes from downtown Charlotte, home to six Fortune 500 companies.
